The federation track is a contract with year 1 free — with qualification fields (country, number of clubs, licensed players, current system) and a guided migration.

Is the first year really free for federations?
Yes — National XS–L pay €0 for year 1, unconditionally, and move to the ordinary tier price from year 2. Venue levels pay from year 1.
Can the price change after we sign?
Your signed price is locked for 36 months. After that it can only be adjusted at renewal, by at most the eurozone HICP year-over-year change, with at least 90 days written notice — and you can cancel free of charge before an adjusted renewal.
Do you have monthly plans or discounts?
No. Annual pricing in EUR, one price list, no negotiation. The standing exception is the federation first-year offer.
Do you charge per member or per transaction?
No. The price is fixed per organisation, and Petanque Life never takes a fee on your payments — money from members and customers settles directly to your own account.

Double opt-in: PENDING until you click the confirmation link in the email (valid 14 days). Turnstile + honeypot; max 5 attempts/IP/hour. Embeddable block with inline/modal/card layouts in 4 languages.
Plausible goal newsletter-signup fires on submit. UTM parameters from the landing query string (utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign) are captured and stored on the subscriber.
Manage name, role, country and list membership within the same scope — or unsubscribe from everything (RFC 8058 one-click is also supported directly from the mail client).
